Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Field Sales Representatives shall be responsible for selling and marketing various products within the company. In addition, the Field Sales Representatives’ responsibilities include informing potential and existing customers of product features and developments, and resolving customer complaints. Ultimately, the Field Sales Representatives should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
DUTIES
Ensuring precise knowledge of the company’s various products.
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Participating in Sales Meetings and contributing to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to drive sales.
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
Communicating with clients at all levels to ensure exceptional client experience
Continuous efforts in eliciting new clients and markets for the growth of the Sales portfolio of the company.
Meeting targets weekly, monthly and quarterly targets as set by the company
Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-year experience as a Field Sales Representative
Proven outreach sales experience in large hardware/ construction/ manufacturing environment
Strong background in Aluminium is a distinct advantage.
A clean Class 4 driver’s license is a must.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing/ Business Management or any relevant qualification.
A certificate or diploma is Project Management is an added advantage.
Well groomed individuals with exceptional conduct and etiquette.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good technical and IT skills.
