Field Marketing and Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing and Sales Representative to promote our cash and credit facility for civil servants on electrical gadgets and appliances. The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to implement effective business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell electrical gadgets and appliances to civil servants through cash and credit facilities.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electrical gadgets and appliances to effectively communicate with customers.
4. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on progress and providing insights for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or financial industry.
2. Skills:
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong business acumen and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good product knowledge of electrical gadgets and appliances
3. Qualifications:
– Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
– Valid Class 4 or 2 driver’s license
4. Personal Qualities:
– Results-driven and target-oriented
– Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
