This is a 12-month fixed term, performance-based contract. The position requires a good background knowledge of crop production, good organization skills, a hands-on approach to work and very good engagement/communication skills.
DUTIES
Assist to organize, carry out and supervise field and seed house operations.
Keep accurate and up to date records
Prepare operation reports
Train and supervise subordinates
REQUIREMENTS
5 O-levels including Maths and English. A-levels or Certificate in Agriculture will be an added advantage
Clean class 4 driver’s licence
Computer literate
Attentive to detail
A good communicator
A good team player
Ability to identify challenges and suggest solutions
