Job Opportunity: Farm Shop Assistant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, skilled & experienced farm shop attendant with two years of experience to join our team in Marondera.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer purchases and payments at a cash register
- Greeting customers and providing customer services
- Handle returns and write offs in the shop as well as keeping track of expiry dates on stock/products
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop, keep shelves well organized and general shop area clean
- Must be able to multi task and have a high level of integrity
- Must maintain a positive attitude in dealing with customers
- Handle customer credits and records
- Perform monthly stock-takes
- Receive shop stocks and make orders of goods as and when needed
- Receiving and selling of airtime in the shop and keeping records of same
- Resolving customer complaints
- Re-filling shelves and cleaning products on the shelves
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A recognized accounting qualification and 2 yrs experience with traceable reference
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
