We Are Hiring: Expenses Clerk!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in accounting and expense management? Join our team as an Expenses Clerk and play a vital role in processing and reconciling expense entries for all the ZB Financial Holdings Group entities and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile the Expenses Suspense Account daily to ensure accuracy.
- Process expense recaps and allocate relevant expense accounts to entries.
- Handle work from creditors and the payroll department.
- Distribute monthly expense analysis printouts to service centres, departments, and Group entities, along with expense copies.
- Address and resolve any queries from service centres, departments, and Group entities.
- Maintain organized filing of processed entries and file-gripping every three months.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting.
- 2 years experience in a similar or related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense management.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with different departments and entities.
- High level of accuracy with figures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and accounting software.
