Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Proven experience in providing comprehensive executive support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence. You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and representing the CEO when required.
  • Legal and Commercial Awareness : Expected to provide valuable insights and assistance to the CEO in legal matters, contract review, commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically, make informed, and solve problems independently is crucial. Should be resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate the CEO needs, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making processes.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication are essential. You should be able to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials. Strong interpersonal skills are for liaising with internal departments, clients, and high-level stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work in a demanding and fast-paced environment is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality with accuracy is vital.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience as an Executive Assistant is an added advantage but can be learned.
Legal background, or exposure to legal aspects within a corporate environment is desirable.
Tech-Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with an understanding of the complexities and challenges faced within the industry.
