Background
Knowledge Brook Children’s Network is a visionary christian organization dedicated to nurturing children, teenagers and young adults in Zimbabwe.
The organization is looking for a qualified Person to run evaluation activities on a voluntary or part time basis. The Evaluation Officer should be someone who is currently living in Highfield and areas around preferably male
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data collection : collect and compile data from various sources, including project reports, surveys and interviews.
- Counducting Evaluation: conduct evaluation, including data analysis, to assess project effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
- Tracking progress: monitor project activities, output and outcomes against set targets and timelines
- Knowledge Management :manage and disseminate M and E knowledge
Qualifications & Experience
- The candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years experience in the NGO sector.
- Having knowledge on Microsoft Packages.
- Proactive and self starter.
