Overview

M31 Research is updating its database of short-term staff and is seeking experienced enumerators
to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will engage in both quantitative and qualitative
data collection projects across various regions of Zimbabwe.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Conduct face-to-face interviews and focus groups to collect reliable data.
▪ Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
▪ Adhere to research protocols and ethical guidelines.
▪ Work effectively within a team and independently.

Requirements

▪ Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection.
▪ Excellent command of English and Other Major Language
▪ Proficiency in another regional language is highly desirable.
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
▪ Ability to travel and work flexibly according to project needs.

Qualifications

▪ Minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
▪ Previous experience as an enumerator is essential.
