ABOUT
An active and busy Indian family based in Harare, Zimbabwe needs a caring English-speaking nanny to help them look after their 8 m old baby, and his sibling aged 4 years old. They are looking for someone who has previous experience working with infants and as a live-in nanny. The nanny will be working full-time 6 days a week with one day off.

The family is active, sporty, and enjoys spending time in nature. The family would favour someone who has a bubbly and playful personality and shares the same active lifestyle as them. The nanny will be working with the Mum as a team, as she is very hands-on and loves spending time with the kids. The mother is a stay-at-home mom, so it is important that the nanny is used to working alongside a parent. The family is looking for someone who has a childcare education and qualification to be able to create and provide age-appropriate activities and help them towards the developmental stages of their baby. The family travels from time to time and they would value someone who is travel ready and is used to travelling with kids.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone caring, nurturing, trustworthy, and reliable. The nanny should be confident and capable of staying on top of every task related to childcare. It is essential that the candidate has previous experience working as a nanny and with infants, as it will be the nanny’s main duty to look after the baby. Although the house is fully staffed, the family would like the nanny to be organized and tidy. This role is perfect for someone who is a career nanny and looking for a long-term commitment.
