Job Opportunity: Dispatch Clerk Internship
We are looking for a committed and hardworking intern to join our e-commerce team as a Dispatch Clerk starting Monday 7 October. If you live in Greendale, Highlands, Borrowdale, or Northside, this could be the perfect role for you.
What we’re looking for:
• Passion for learning and growth in e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel (essential for organizing data and reconciling orders)
• A working computer to manage tasks efficiently
• Someone who thrives in a fast moving, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
What you’ll do:
• Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock is up to date
• Order Dispatch: Process and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Delivery Coordination: Organize and track deliveries to ensure smooth logistics
• Reconciliation: Handle order and delivery records, making sure everything adds up
• Customer Support: Assist customers with their queries and ensure a seamless experience
