The Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) Secretariat is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following posts that have arisen in the Secretariat:
DIRECTOR PROGRAMMES
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing terms of reference for the TNF clusters
- Formulating, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of cluster strategies and plans
- Assisting the Executive Director in providing strategic planning, project coordination and operational support to the TNF
- Under the direction of the Executive Director, coordinatingactivities of TNF Clusters, the Technical Committee and the Main TNF, ensuring that engagements and matters being considered by the TNF structures are timeously concluded
- Developing programme management and reporting frameworks
- Facilitatingneeds assessment and analysis, conducting surveys, secondary data review and research activities for the TNF
- Ensuring effective communication with social partners and stakeholders
- Overseeing the production of quality reports and documents for the Main TNF, the Technical Committee and Clusters
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Possession of a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management/Economics/ Political Science/ Public Administration or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience working at strategic/ managerial levels
- Experience of working in a socio- economic forum is an added advantage
- Experience in leading programmes related to socio-economic development in agovernmental, civil society or private organisational setting, organising workshops and meetings, research and presentation of outcomes on behalf of a group of stakeholders is an added advantage
- Experience working with or communicating with high profile political, government, business and labour representatives
