DUTIES
Recommend product developments to enhance production, efficiency and enhanced client value proposition
Ensure operational efficiency and customer service by conducting checks to determine adequacy of controls, systems within digital operations and adherence to service level agreements in query resolution
Check and verify account reconciliations for all digital banking suspense accounts and ensure they are up to date and maintain bill payment float threshold •Ensure compliance and adherence to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements by enforcing implementation of internal controls as guided by bank ‘policy and compliance standards
Train, mentor and coach team to equip staff with appropriate skills and provide direction to the team in order to promote a customer centric culture
Oversee the ordering production of ZimSwitch and VISA accounts. and maintain card stock thresholds.
Ensuring timeous settlement of ZimSwitch and VISA accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Bcom Finance/Accounting Degree
At least 5yrs of experience in a managerial or supervisorial role in banking or mobile money
Business acumen to drive strategy from a digital operations perspective
Data analytics and critical thinking
Change management skills
