Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Team: Manage, train and develop Digital Marketing team within the West Property Marketing Department
Website: Managing our CMS; Optimising SEO; ensuring content is up to date and has a consistent tone of voice; user journey is clear and performance of content is measured against clear KPIs
Content: Brief in and manage content creation process with agency for all WP Brands. Ensure that is consistent with brand guidelines and drives lead generation
Social Media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and other platforms to increase engagement and expand social media audience base .

Advertising: coordinate, track and report on all online advertising
Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results
Reporting: Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics so improvements can be made where appropriate
Crisis Management: Manage any online crises that may arise
Other: Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and West Property Zimbabwe’s organizational goals

Skills and Competencies
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience creating and managing social media campaigns that drive lead generation
Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
Big agency experience required
