Digital Marketing and Information Technology (IT) Officer
We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual with experience in IT and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and considerable experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Operations: Manage and maintain our IT Infrastructure, Including hardware, software. and network systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to staff and clients.
2.E-Learning Portal
Manage and maintain our e-learning platform, ensuring seamless delivery of online courses and training programs. Monitor and analyze e-learning platform usage, providing insights for Improvement.
3. Digital Marketing
Create and curate engaging content for social media le design flyers, brochures for email marketing campaigns, and website management Analyze digital marketing metrics, providing insights for future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science. Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years of experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in
IT infrastructure management (hardware, software networks)
E-learning platform management (eg. Moodle)
Digital mar marketing tools je g. social media, email marketing software. Canva/Corel Draw)
Knowledge of web development languages ing HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
