Job Description: Digital Marketer
About Us:
We are a reputable civil engineering company seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital
Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing
digital marketing strategies that drive growth and elevate our online presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with business goals and
increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and visibility.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads,
programmatic advertising, and content creation (blogs, articles, case studies).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize content and
improve overall campaign effectiveness.
• Engage with audiences across social media platforms by responding to inquiries, comments,
and feedback, fostering community interaction and customer loyalty.
• Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring compelling content,
personalized messaging, and high engagement rates.
• Collaborate with external agencies to refine and improve SEO, SEM, and content strategies
to drive organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and timely
execution across platforms.
• Oversee the creation of visual assets, graphics, and copy for campaigns, ensuring alignment
with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and organic social
media efforts to grow our online community.
• Ensure all digital marketing content is high-quality, engaging, and meets KPIs related to
traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Recognized qualifications.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with content creation and performancebased strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and paid ad platforms.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
