DEPUTY DIRECTOR, SUPPORT SERVICES
Reports to: Director, Support Services
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high performing teams, including training,
evaluation and performance improvement. - Drive strategic projects and programs within the Support
Services Department, ensuring timely delivery and
excellence. - Design and implement modernization and upgrade initiatives
to enhance service quality. - Manage budgets and finances effectively, ensuring optimal
resource allocation. - Provide administrative support, prepare reports and offer
expert guidance to the Department. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve
organizational objectives. - Ensure exceptional service quality, identifying areas for
improvement and mitigating potential risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
organizational success. - Represent the organization in various forums, promoting its
interests and values. - Foster strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, including staff, students, service providers
and the University’s Administration
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants should possess a degree in Civil Engineering,
with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong
relationships. - A relevant Masters degree.
- At least three years working experience in a similar or related
field. - Possess computer skills including knowledge in report
writing.
