Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to create a safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe.

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for a Data Entry Clerk who will be conducting Data Entry & Capturing for 3 Districts supporting the implementation of Action for Youth Foundation Trust’s projects activities at voluntary basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducting registration of recipients of care in the database.
  • Assisting in Data Entry training for Programs Coordinators and other Staff.
  • Data Entry & Capturing
  • Data Analysis.
  • Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization’s finance procedures and timelines.
  • Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics Development Studies or Population Studies is a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • CPD Certificate in Data Analysis or Monitoring & Evaluation or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Hands on experience with DHIS2, Kobo Collect, SPSS, Excel is an additional advantage.
  • Recent graduates are the most preferred.
