Position: Data Analyst
Location: Chitungwiza
Type: Full-Time | [8am -5pm]
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate dashboards, performance reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making across departments
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and usability
- Support regulatory reporting and data compliance efforts
- Assist in forecasting, resource allocation, and service planning based on data trends
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- Proven experience with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python or R)
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and sensitivity to patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience working with hospital EMR/EHR systems
