We’re Hiring: Data Analyst – Healthcare Sector

Position: Data Analyst
Location: Chitungwiza
Type: Full-Time | [8am -5pm]

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical, operational, and financial datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate dashboards, performance reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making across departments
  • Collaborate with medical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and usability
  • Support regulatory reporting and data compliance efforts
  • Assist in forecasting, resource allocation, and service planning based on data trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field
  • Proven experience with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python or R)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and sensitivity to patient confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience working with hospital EMR/EHR systems
