The Job role requires the ability to combine data from multiple sources, process the data for new insights, and present the aggregate data. Furthermore, provide the ability to track data and can trace it back to the underlying data that was aggregated.
The primary responsibility of the Data Aggregation and Reporting Administrator is data gathering, summarizing it into reports, and then reporting it to the relevant audiences. He or she will coordinate and integrate all relevant work in research, data analysis, and reporting. In addition, he/she will get to develop proper data aggregation and reporting channels for the company.
Other duties that he or she will get to perform are; interpreting data to the management for review, participating in data reporting and data analytics discussions, developing workable data reporting structures, developing and implementing data analysis strategies, avail information to stakeholders when needed to, ensure that all data and information are in line with the business needs and facilitate data training for the data users.
Responsibilities
Conducting research, and preparing data based on the research.
Maintains database by entering new and updated information.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
Combines data from both systems when information is incomplete.
Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
Tests updates and system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
