Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while actively contributing to our sales efforts. If you excel at building relationships and have a keen eye for opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales growth: Actively engage in sales calls and visits to both prospective and current clients, identifying their needs and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Client consultation: Advise clients comprehensively on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Negotiate and close: Skillfully negotiate orders and meticulously manage the sales cycle from initial contact to successful completion.
  • Market intelligence: Provide valuable feedback to management on sales strategies, market trends, and competitive insights to inform business development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Sales experience: A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Client-focused approach: A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • CRM proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate persuasively with diverse clients.
  • Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Goal-oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
