Accountabilities:
- Responsible for handling all incoming communication channels including email, whatsapp, social media, phone calls and more.
- Responsible for greeting and assisting all walk ins.
- Records all conversations in customer profiles or lot profiles for customer tracking.
- Communicates with all customers with kindness, patience and empathy.
- Assist customers with profile registration and account opening” Manages outgoing calls to customers as guided by the customer care supervisor.
- Stays up to date with new company process developments to ensure accurate and prompt responses to all enquiries.
- Adheres to the Cash Handling Manual and checklist provided
