We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and energetic Country Manager to take up the exciting role of spearheading growth and penetration in Zimbabwe. The Country Manager will have a unique and challenging opportunity to grow the Sila Health business in a key market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaising with the CEO and sending weekly reports on country operations.
2. Maintaining a monthly appointment average target
3. Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
4. Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
5. Monitoring partner performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
6. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
7. Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
8. Maintaining a good image of the organisation at all times.
Qualifications
Strong business development acumen with a record of outstanding delivery;
Experience working in healthcare, insurance, and/or tech industries;
Grasp of the use of data within business and Customer Experience concepts;
Excellent team management skills;
Strong networking skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in isiNdebele & chiShona is an asset;
Exceptionally well organized and driven by success;
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations;
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills;
Decisive and committed;
Experience in gig-economy, tech business, startup or dynamic high-growth company is a plus.
