Position overview for Counter Parts Sales Representative
To maximise vehicle parts sales by delivering exceptional customer care and displaying superior product knowledge
To contribute to effective stock management by bringing to management’s attention any stock discrepancies and to report stock movement in general
Increased sales and customer loyalty will result in improved business results.
DUTIES
Main Duties will include but not limited to:
Promptly attending to walk-in and phone-in customers
Managing incoming leads and direct as appropriate
Ensuring quotations are done accurately and timely
Actively seeking out sales opportunities
Focusing on add-ons to the customer baskets
Market intelligence and assisting in the development of new products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
Required experience, qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 2 Advanced Level passes preferably commercials subjects
1 year sales experience
Ability to work under pressure
Strong administration skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer relationship management skills
Trainable
A team player.
