Reporting to Head Sales and Marketing
To direct and supervise sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets.

Plans, directs and evaluates activities of the Sales Department;
Organizes regional and divisional sales operations;
Establishes organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
Determines strategic planning related to new product lines;
Leads sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
Develops and implements programs effective for enhancing sales performance;
Communicates with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting. appropriate products that meet their specifications

Motivates and guides sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
Monitors the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
Assigns and designates sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential
Collaborates with other sections to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
Ensures that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
Conducts surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
Compiles, analyzes and interprets sales data to provide reports to management on performance

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field
5 years of experience in sales. Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals.
