Applications are invited for the CONTAINER ADMINISTRATOR vacancy that has arisen within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution – Northern Region, Harare.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include
but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining Container registry and managing project journal in SAGE.
- Preparing rebate and rental schedules.
- Filling of container contracts and support documents.
- Interacting with customers and communicating changes and updates.
- Sending out statements.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications: –
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related qualifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Accounting software packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience.
