Zvandiri connects young people living with HIV with peer counsellors to assure health, happiness and hope. These peer counsellors provide information, counselling and support services to promote their clients’ physical and mental health and well-being so that they survive and thrive. We support Governments to integrate this evidence-based, peer-led, model at scale. Zvandiri started in Zimbabwe in 2004 and has been adopted and scaled in 12 other countries with 3000 peer counsellors supporting 190,000 young people to date. These direct services are complemented by programmes in evidence, advocacy, guidelines and tool development; capacity building for health care workers, youth, families and communities; and partnerships with Governments and implementing partners.
We are looking for individuals or organizations with expertise in the following areas:
1. Proposal Writing
2. Program Evaluation and Documentation
3. Health Economics
4. Paediatric and Adolescent Health Research
5. Film and radio production
6. Creative Arts
Requirements
Relevant qualifications for consultant service being applied for
At least 3 years of relevant experience offering similar services to nonprofit organizations.
Company/ Organization applications must be accompanied by registration documents.
Applicants must include samples or links of previous work in the application.
