Role overview
The main purpose of the Endline Evaluation is to assess the overall gains attained towards reducing VAWG attributable to the programme, including the un-intended impacts that the intervention might have yielded. The evaluation will generate information on cost-benefit, impact (positive/negative), and sustainability on:
1. The institutional/ organizational capacity of programme partners—operational procedures/guidelines, roles of key staff/personnel, mandates and objectives, capacity of services provision. The evaluation will focus on the gains made towards capacities and organizational capabilities of the institutions (Women’s rights groups and CSOs) involved in providing quality, inclusive and sustainable interventions to prevent and respond to incidences of VAWG and advancing GEWE in Mashonaland Central, Mashonaland West, and Manicaland provinces in Zimbabwe (Outcome 1)
 Provide an analysis of the training dissemination carried out under UNTF funded SPEAK IT LOUD project activities.
 Establishing an assessment of organizational capacity to develop sensitivities to, as well as organizational procedures and guidelines that will more effectively confront SGBV

Step 3
When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email inviting you to complete two assessments that focus on how you process information and what your work approach is.

You will be shown instructions and example questions prior to the assessments to help you increase your familiarity with them. You will also have access to a short profile report on the completion of the assessment. Your application will be reviewed by our Resourcing Team when you have completed these assessments.
