REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Dumpy Level:
Proficient in operating and interpreting readings from a dumpy level for precise measurement and alignment tasks on construction sites.
Necessary Duties and Skills:
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
Possess strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and resources.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure to overcome challenges and meet project goals.
Proficient in basic construction techniques and familiar with a wide range of construction materials and methods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Basic building course with 10 to 15 years experience
Ability to manage construction projects.
