Person Specification
The applicant should be a holder of a degree in Information Technology or any other related field. Applicants should have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware. At least 1-year experience as an ICT Support & ICT Infrastructure environment is required. Knowledge about website development or web server configuration is a distinct advantage.
Duties
Installation and administration of Local Area Network (LAN)
Computer Hardware repairs and Maintenance
Network and Technical Support.
Installation and maintenance of Software.
Ensuring that all computer systems and networks function smoothly.
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Troubleshooting network problems.
Providing ICT Support Services
Performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
