Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task-oriented individuals to fill the position of COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Responsibilities
• Processing applications for, changes to reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies.
• Preparing, reviewing and making follow- ups on insurance claims
• Verifying the accuracy of insurance company records
• Review of tenancy and supplier contracts
• Drafting of legal and regulatory documentation
• Liaising with insurance, legal and regulatory bodies
• Progress tracking of legal cases
• Drafting communications with third parties to disburse information
• Collation and filing of Supplier KYC documentation
• Administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from a reputable institution
• Registered legal practitioner
• 2 years post qualification with relevant experience
• Experience of insurance law, commercial law, contract drafting and management
• Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
• Excellent drafting skills
