COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
Overview:
Sagittarian (Private) Limited t/a ABC Auctions is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our corporate client acquisition and strategy
This role combines new business development with the management of our highest-value, long-term institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be both a skilled negotiator and a strategic relationship builder, capable of driving revenue while ensuring top-tier service to key accounts such as government agencies financial institutions, and multinational organisations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new commercial clients and expand market share
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring service-level excellence and long-term value
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and SLA execution.
  • Oversee valuations and guide assets through the auction or outright sale process.
  • Identity growth opportunities within existing key accounts and expand the engagement scope
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales pipeline reports
  • Track market and competitor trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, client and customer care) for seamless client delivery
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder presentations
  • Ensure effective use CPA system for tracking all client interactions, leads, and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to support reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of CRM processes to enhance sales efficiency and client engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial development
  • Proven track record in managing and expanding high-value corporate/institutional relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Highly analytical with experience in report writing, forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business. Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Class 4 driver’s license required

Reporting Structure:

  • Reporting To: Marketing Supervisor and assist him in completing all their objectives

Compensation:

  • Base salary and commission (negotiable)
