The Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) Secretariat is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following posts that have arisen in the Secretariat:
CLUSTER COORDINATOR (Economic & Labour Cluster)
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing strategic vision and leadership to the Economic and Labour clusters
- Programme implementation including the development of programme strategies, budgets and work plansby working closely with the Economic and Labour Cluster Chairpersons and stakeholders
- Ensuring the implementation of cluster resolutions and decisions
- Facilitating and organisingmeetings, workshops and events
- Coordinating the activities of the Clusters including Technical Working Groups in thematic areas within the clusters
- Spearheading and facilitating research and investigations in the Economic and Labour clusters
- Reporting on cluster progress through producing progress reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degreein Economics/ Labour Economics or equivalent
- A Master’s Degreein Economics is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of experience and expertise working in public or private sectors in the economic or development sectors
- Experience of working in a socio- economic forum or working with constituency representatives is an added advantage
- Possess strong communication skills
