Duties
•Attending to walk in clients, resolving clients’ complaints and queries.
•Participating and taking minutes in Branch Credit Committee.
•Carrying out information meetings and pre-disbursement lectures.
•Preparation of loan agreements and security documents and carrying out loan disbursements to successful clients.
•Receipting loan repayments and posting in the system.
•Ensure safe custody of the branch cash and branch security documents.
Qualifications and Experience
•A degree in Banking and Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business Studies or any other related field.
•A professional course in Credit Management/ Credit Administration/ Securities Management or IOBZ an added advantage.
•At least 3 years’ experience in a Bank/ Microfinance Institution well vested in customer services or credit granting processes.

•Good customer services skills and be able to handle difficult clients with the ability to make apt decisions.
•Good administration skills, accurate and multi tasked personnel be able to work in fast paced environment.
•Good cash handling and treasury skills and is good in numbers.
