Job Overview:
Savtap Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our team. As a Claims Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of insurance claims, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards in claims management.
Responsibilities:
Claims Processing: Efficiently process and analyze insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of all claims, supporting documentation, and related financial transactions.
Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external service providers, and clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries related to claims.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure adherence in claims processing.
Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports on claims activities, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients, policyholders, and internal stakeholders regarding claims status and related matters.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Risk and Insurance from a recognized institution.
Age: Below 25 years.
Experience: While prior experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic and capable individuals who are recent graduates.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and process complex insurance claims.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing and documentation.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
