Key Responsibilities:
• Design civil and structural drawings
• Utilize civil and structural engineering software programs (AutoCAD, structural 3D) efficiently
• Monitor, inspect, and manage construction works
• Prepare reports, designs, drawings, and BOQs
• Supervise civil construction works
• Plan and schedule site activities
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Membership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (mandatory)
• Proven team leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), mathematical, IT, analytical, and creative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• NSSA and Red Cross Industrial safety training (added advantage)
• Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software programs (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Clean Class 4 driver’s license
