Job Summary
Cimas is a medical aid society whose purpose is to inspire healthier communities by providing global standard health and wellness solutions. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a Cimas Rescue Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing the Annual Operating Plan for Cimas Rescue.
Developing the financial budget for Cimas Rescue.
Identifying all Cimas Rescue Operation requirements.
Overseeing the proper running of the Cimas Rescue Training Academy. Developing and reviewing Cimas Rescue standard operating procedures.
Checking and ensuring regulatory compliance of the ambulance, training centre and staff
licenses.
Reviewing and updating the Cimas Rescue medical protocols.
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should be able to identify, communicate and ensure implementation of the agreed business objectives for the relevant unit. Furthermore, they should be able to lead, manage and develop staff and employees. The candidate must be able to interact, negotiate and achieve targets where required.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Ambulance Technician or Emergency Medical Technician Certificate
Post Basic Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing
Basic Life Support Instructor (AHA Certified)
Valid practising certificate
4-6 years experience in Emergency Medical Services
