Chief Marketing Officer
Job Summary
Cimas Health Group’s purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas Health Group is searching for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and vision to enhance the organization’s brand presence and market share, fostering customer engagement, and promoting the Group’s services and values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the
Group’s goals. - Overseeing brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating the confirmation of resource requirements, and overseeing the finalisation of CAPEX, OPEX, and Marketing Budget allocations.
- Overseeing all Corporate Marketing properties such as website applications and social media platforms.
- Fostering relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Driving innovation in marketing approaches, keeping the organization at the forefront of industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Preparing and ensuring delivery of communication briefings to the relevant market and stakeholders.
- Overseeing the roll out of the various brand activities.
Key Competencies
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Clear demonstrable understanding of marketing and customer relationships, product development, related technology and services.
- A solid experience in development and implementation of the Marketing Plan, Public and Media Relations, Branding and customer segmentation, Budget management and control.
- First degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Strategy, Business Leadership or equivalent.
- 8-10 years solid experience in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Product Development or similar, with minimum of 5 years at a management level.
- Membership of a professional body is an added advantage.
