Desired Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have at least National Certificate in Professional Cookery/Hotel & Catering or equivalent plus 5 O’ Levels including English. At least one (1) year post qualification experience in a similar position. In addition, applicants should be of high integrity, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emotionally mature and self-driven. Journeyman Class 1 is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Menu planning and menu engineering.
Food preparation and service to students and staff.
Handling of food stocks in the front pantry.
Raising of stock requisitions.
Recording of received food and beverage provisions onto the bin cards.
Recording of daily sales into the daily sales summary book.
Ensuring that the work station is spotless clean.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
