Pre Preparation and serving of meals
Suggesting innovative menu adjustments to responsible authorities
Generation of kitchen procurement lists
Ensuring safe and secure storage of kitchen utensils and all food materials
Regularly checking functionality of refrigerators and stoves
Monitoring kitchen stocks
Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area
Key skills/Attribute
Competency and consistency in preparation of meals
Good time management skills
High hygiene standards
Effective and efficient stock management
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or any other related field.
