Our client, a market leader in the Healthcare industry is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team. This position focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The Job Involves

  • Decides on the methodology to deploy to execute Change Readiness Assessments, Change Impact Analysis and the Monitoring and Evaluation framework to evaluate change outcomes.
  • Decides on the Change Management Strategy and manages monitoring and evaluation of change outcomes.
  • Identifies the overarching goals, objectives, and questions about the change project and articulates a vision that the change program hopes to achieve.
  • Assesses the potential risks associated with implementing change and understanding any external factors that could impact the success of the change.
  • Evaluates the organisation’s ability to adapt to new practices or systems and identifies potential obstacles that may arise during the change process.
  • Analyses how stakeholders will be impacted by the change and the change’s specific impact on people, processes, tools, organisational structure, roles, and technology.
  • Conducts a system impact assessment or software change impact analysis to identify the specific business processes and legacy technology tools that will be impacted (or replaced) by a technology level change.
  • Prepares an effective communication strategy for stakeholders to provide their input to ensure that all team members stay in sync and productive to avoid pitfalls such as friction, errors, and employee resistance.
  • Tracks change implementation progress and reporting back to relevant stakeholders.

Person Specification, Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Studies, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Strategic Management.
  • Chartered Project Manager (CIPMZ).
  • Certified Change Management Expert.
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a major Project Management Implementation.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Organisational Change Management projects implementation.
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel, working knowledge of MS Project & Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Change models and forecasting.
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
