REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Cash Management Manager
Supervision of: Mobile Tellers
Interacts with: Cash Management

Job Description

  • Oversee the booking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align booking schedules
    with operational requirements.
  • Assist in developing effective route plans aimed at madmitzing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Review cument routes and logistics to pinpoint armas for improvement. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and secure
  • transportation of cash
  • Oversee central vault operations, ensuring adherence to secunty protocols
  • Conduct regular audits of vault contents and maintain accurate Inventory records.
  • Supervise mobile tellers and assign routes on a daily basis.
  • Performs daily checks of all mobile teller transactions
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Prepare and present dally reports un cash balancing route efficiency and logistics performance.
  • Ensure compliance with established regulatory requirements
    and company policies
  • Identify and escalate potential risks in cash management processes.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management operations.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the banking environment.
  • Proven background in cash management operations with strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective Communication and Integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of integrity, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency and Adaptability.
  • Familiarity with cash management software, adaptability to changing environments, and a customer service orientation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Studies or Banking.
  • Possession of a professional certificate will e,g IOBZ be an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good verbal and functional written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Time Management and Organization.

Employment: Permanent
