DUTIES
Costing
Plan meals
Conduct Stock takes
Plan Bar events
Produce Reports
Buying of canteen and Bar Stocks
Filling HR files
Assist in the Recruitment Process
Submit NEC Returns and NSSA Returns
REQUIREMENTS
A degree or diploma in Food and Beverages management .
Experience working in the HR Department will be a added advantage.
At least 2 years working Experience in the Hospitality Industry.
