Call for Expression of Interest: Technical Consultant for Corporate Restructuring
A Zimbabwean institution in the development sector, currently operating as a not-for-profit organization, seeks the services of an experienced technical consultant to support its corporate restructuring process.
Scope of Work
The consultant will provide expertise in restructuring the organization’s business operations
and funding models to enhance sustainability. Experience in designing hybrid business models
that integrate both profit and non-profit elements is highly desirable.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested consultants or consulting firms must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in corporate restructuring and organizational design.
- A strong track record in developing sustainable funding models for similar institutions.
- Experience in structuring hybrid business models (profit and non-profit) will be an added advantage.
