BUTCHERY BLOCKMAN :WANTED GLENVIEW 3 SHOPS
Duties and Responsibilities
●The incumbent is expected to have experience of cutting meat using a bandsaw machine.
●Make sure all hygiene practices are followed.
●Deliver excellent customer service at all times by listening,understanding and dealing with customer enquiries.
●Review and record the stock on hand daily.
●Ensure all meat is stored in a hygienic manner.
●Plan and execute product merchandising.
●Conduct regular freshness checks daily to ensure the merchandised products are fresh.
Ensure that injury incidents should be promptly reported to supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
●Experience of using butchery printing scale is an added advantage.
● Computer literacy
●At least 5″O” levels
●At least one year Experience as a butchery blockman.
●Certificate in meat cutting and processing is an added advantage.
●Valid medical certificate is a must have.
