Position: Business Development Officers (Business Loans, Civil Servants and Government
Pensioners Loans)
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications, business or SSB.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Provide expert advice on loan products and services.
- To develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits by identifying
opportunities. - To facilitate the disbursement process and ensure that the clients get the approved
amounts of loans. - Monitor loan utilization and business growth to ensure regular loan payments and future
loan application - Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business clients or SSB.
- To conduct collections and follow ups to collect past or due accounts.
- Communicating new products to the client and maintaining good working relationships
with clients.
Qualifications
- Marketing or Business related degree or diploma.
- At least 2 years experience in a microfinance background.
- Familiar with Ndasenda Platform and experience with government loans
- Proven experience in loan origination or sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A microfinance certificate is an added advantage
