Maintaining and developing sustained relationships with clients, ensure that customer process run smoothly for sustainable customer loyalty. Maintain existing business and looking for new business.

• Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
• Manage the sales lifecycle process.
• Ensure all valuations are done and submitted on time
• First point of contact with the customer
• Re-Engagements
• Complaint management
• Recording of customer requirements regarding the modification of services
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Making sure clients are stratified with service provide

• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Weekly Follow Ups
• Corporate Collections
• Courtesy calls to clients Weekly
• Sending Weekly Seller reports
• Payouts Forecast/Payout
• Arranging Collection in liaison with Transport Department
• Sending Remittance advice
• Sending Consignments notes
• Follow up on Company Documents
• Making sure entry forms and consignment notes are signed
• Arranging and Receiving Towing from Insurers and corporates

Candidate Specifications
• 2 years’ experience
• Diploma/ Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Drivers Licence
• Good listening skills
• Ambitions and Will to sell
• Coachable will to learn
• Tech Savvy
