We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to be a key player in the Academy’s growth and success. Job Description

Are you an energetic, reliable, go-getter with the drive to improve efficiency, pipeline growth, and conversion rates? If so, we’re looking for you. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our sales and market share while continuously identifying opportunities and cultivating client relationships to ensure continuous sales growth. We are seeking a target-driven individual with exceptional sales skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep passion for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve the Academy goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyse industry needs, trends, driving forces to pinpoint growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals to potential B2C, B2B and B2G clients and stakeholders.
Establish new business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and effective sales pitching.
Build a network and cultivate relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Exceed sales targets and create new business from both new and existing customer accounts.
Manage the Academy brand, activities, and client engagement on social media.
Document and report on weekly, monthly & quarterly financial performance and new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Clean class 4 driver’s license.
Research and development skills
Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional knowledge and experience working with Graphic design, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Social media management and algorithms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-driven mindset.
