Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post, which has arisen in our Marketing Department at Cairns Holdings (Harare).
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will, among other key
duties, be responsible for:
Assisting in developing brand communication strategies and implementing marketing plans.
Category Innovations, funnel development, project tracking, and formulation of launch plans.
Monitoring consumer reactions and purchase behaviours by sales channel and develop creative strategies to motivate purchase.
Working closely with Research companies for consumer perception/market trend analysis and brand health checks.
Engaging and guiding marketing partners to develop consumer centric and exciting
campaigns that reinforce brand imagery and engagement.
Handling, tracking, and resolving all consumer feedback by standing procedures.
Leading field merchandisers and brand ambassador teams on perfect planogram execution, go-to-market initiatives, and events.
Budgeting, reporting, and tracking of marketing activities and ROI.
Monitoring, reporting, and providing recommendations on consumer trends and competitor activities.
The ideal applicants should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
At least 3 years’ relevant experience
A degree in Marketing or any other relevant qualification
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
