We are Hiring Brand Ambassadors (Makoni, HighGlen and Mbare)
Reports to Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and respond to online reviews.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
- Build relationships with potential customers.
- Understand products/services to inform customers.
- Use word-of-mouth marketing.
- Monitor online comments and relay to Marketing.
- Assist in organizing marketing events.
- Track customer preferences and suggest advertising ideas.
- Provide feedback on customer requests to Marketing and Product teams.
- \Monitor competitors’ marketing activities. •
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role.
- Strong social media presence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional attitude and friendly personality.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
- BSc in Marketing or relevant degree.
