We are seeking dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our organisation. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Small Medium Enterprises (SME) lending and a passion for supporting local businesses
OPEN POSITION
Position: Supervisor
Location: Bindura
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer overall business operations activities for the branch through developing efficient, robust operation systems.
Manage all loan cycle processes and determine the work plan to achieve all business objectives.
Review and control the branch’s operating costs within the budget to maintain cost
control
Report to management on branch performance and any other key issues. Improve branch profitability and perform any other assigned duties.
Grow the loan book to meet the set targets and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Banking and Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business Studies or any other related field.
A professional course in Credit Management/Credit Administration/Securities Management or IOBZ is an added advantage.
At least 3 years experience in a Bank/Microfinance institution, well-versed in customer services or credit granting processes
